Universal Television Blinking Negatives Logo (1963-A) B&W

Besides Alfred Hitchcock Presents, this logo also appeared on Channing, most episodes of Arrest and Trial, and a few other shows. The color version is on The Virginian and Wagon Train episodes from that period.

This is from the first half of the 1963-64 season, following the merging of MCA's Revue Productions into Universal. The familiar closing Universal logo debuted on shows starting around January of 1964.

I find it strange how Universal used this 1964 theme to sometimes plaster their 1958 themes. I didn't think there was much of a difference except for the tempo at the end.

I remember this logo minus the MCA-TV Exclusive Distributor byline on "The Jack Benny Program". Also I want to see the Universal Television logo 1964 for Alfred Hitchcock Hour and Jack Benny.

Yep! It was burned down yesterday in the backlot of the studio.
