The Spiderman 2 movie game (last gen) has Rhino. You have to basically dodge his attacks until he gets dizzy, then attack, and repeat. He has this barrel thing he can attack you with, besides his horn.

The PC version of this thing had a really annoying bug. If your processor was too fast then you'd die from the fall before the game registered that the fall was supposed to happen and started the next level. >8(
