ya, we dont practice a whole lot on punching, i wouldnt say its weak, but its definetly not a big focus. we practice alot of kicks, flips, elbows, and hand techniques like "knife hand" and "spear hand"

Master Lee and Master Simms are the types of individuals you are definitely happy to have on your side during a tussle. Their physical training was unsurpassed in the 90s that I can remember. I loved when they'd visit HQ and teach a saturday class. Of course, my legs hating them. :) Boy was I good shape though.

KSW has good foundation, but the punching aspect of the style is weak.
Wing Chung kung-fu has the best hand tech around. Mixing both of them together would make you very well rounded.
