Antonio, you rock! I blog against Mary Kay (a makeup MLM) and their shady practices, so I think you're awesome for stepping up to the plate and calling out the Nikken racket. Any "business" that requires that one recruit a bunch of people (and thus make more competition for themselves) in order to get promoted/make the bigger bucks is truly a racket. Manipulation is the name of the game in MLMs across the board, and honest people considering joining should run away and run far.

Nikken products work very well, for the most part. There have been a few that didn't last as long as they should, like the old jewelry, but even when they got ugly, they worked. The problems are with individual people, I think. If you have a good upline, you will do well, if you work. If you have a bad upline, you will do badly. Investigate your uplines before you sign up.

Ex Nikken SILVER Distributor Telma n. 23375101 send me an email asking me for help because had lots of Aquapour filters at her home and was put a side by there Nikken best chosen uplines that let her contract to end.

And worst, she didn't had invoices for most of the products because they were order in other people contracts.

She was total screwed!

I told her to speak with her most 'honest' (ex) uplines because Nikken was not accepting the goods

I am sorry about your bad experience. for anyone who calls mlm a scam, they weren't explained the marketing plan (bonus payout) thoroughly, what are conditions to get paid on all levels. in MLM one HAS to work hard - it is like any other retail, only you may find like-minded business partners to work with you. My rank was GOLD and I was earning money and in my last month, I had a new Distributor that was going to be SILVER and was expelled like me without no communication just because Nikken was breaking the rules, and worst, Nikken kept is money for the Goods that didn't deliver for 2 months in there side - many people would shout: Fraud!

When people request there money back, you don't give it back 2 months later!

@paulsid3 - Kendall Cho was removed from Nikken because he was pocketing money illegally. One would need to get their facts straight. Kendall Cho was producing products out of "one country" but he was reporting to Nikken that they were being produced at a "Higher Cost"

Kendall Made sure that the savings went to him or that this money would go through him but it was his own fault that Nikken let him go. It took Nikken a long time to prove that Kendall was laundering money through the suppliers.
