Tuly does work I can attest as i tried it today. When you get out on the bridge its impossible to walk normally, you have to jump continually so using the thrusters is helpful here. When you get to the large blockade wall where the shields are, keep jumping at the wall and then pull back on the joystick and cole will "glide" over it. Dont try jumping into moya's hideout as you will fall through and die. Hope this helps have fun!

When I was playing the early mission where u had to go to the end of the bridge, after I got back to shore it failed to activate the cutscene between Zeke and Cole so I just explored a bit, and it let me walk right up Moya's place with all the gates already opened (since the mission was still active) and Zeke was just standing there lol.

It's easy to get over the last wall with the turrets on it. Just stand at the base of it and walk towards the wall with the slowest, shortest steps you can take. If you do this correctly then Cole will start walking up in the air until you get to the base of the top level of turrets that you have to jump on top of.

at the very last gate i went as close as possible to it, i press backwards and cole began to fly/walk up in the air. when he reached his max fly/walking up in the air height, i just jumped towards the the top of the gate and got through.

there is a glitch in that glitch there, hun. third wall go to that charge box there, and jump from under it, and keep pressing x. it should launch you way over the fence. I also done a super jump from a car that was turned over, aiming a shock wave at the car while on top of it. but i was not able to do it again. conditions have to happen are far more demanding.

Their is different way on getting past first gate and the machine-gun wall for first gate their should be two container things and a crack between them on the right side keep jumping and you should go through container for machine-gun wall look back and slowly walk backwards and you should hover up each time u take a step hint if u can't get over wall that way jump to bio hazard were u meet Moya stay on roof and just jump on bridge

This glitcher sucks, to get through here you only need to jump in the corners of the walls to go through and to get through the major razor wall at the end you only need to go nearby and start walking backwards(away from the wall) and you will eventually get dragged up and land on top of the wall.

You can walk through the gate that takes to Moya's room but it's impossible to get inside unless perhaps you glitch jump on top of it but it would be impossible since its really easy to fall into the water.
