iono if its just your style, but i think keeping you hips high makes basic footwork look sloppy. but that's just me, it may not even matter

Good instruction.. but..

when you were teaching how to do it.. you didn't go the full 360. at the end you were doing it.

and a tip, don't practice with socks, on a wooden floor. Slips you around and pmakes your footwork look really messy.

yeah its advanced because its supposed to be faster and some things are cut for transitional purposes.
