I am 13, 5-11, 132lbs, and i run and have ok abs. I do abs three days a week but I still need an arm workout (shoulders, biceps, triceps, and forearm) that lasts about an hour that I can add to my weekly routine and do three times a week. I would appreciate it SO much if someone could give me that workout and also if they have any tips to give me about gaining muscle that would be wonderful. Please help!
@vidres9 What you need to do is lift as heavy as possible when it comes to the shoulder, bicep, tricep and forearm workouts. Start from heaviest and work your way down for three sets at 10 pounds at a time.
For example if your heaviest was 40 you would then max out at 30 and then 20. Do these exercises for as long as you like and make sure you eat foods that are high in protein while also supplementing with bcaa's. Follow these tips and you will be amazed at your results.
