  • eS LO MAXIMO, PERO SERIA MEJOR SI ENSEÑARAS MAN

  • can you take a Inverter file and export it to 3ds Max or Maya

  • Hi, nice video. I'm interested in hiring you to produce similar animations for me. What kind of fees would you charge? If interested please contact me trimahon at gmail dot com. Take care and Keep up the good work!

  • what software did you use please tell me.

  • looks like my SPI RS4 Pro AWD RC car...

  • ABout how long did it take you to make this car?

  • @hondazaynefun it took about 3 months in my spare time.

  • Hi Kevin,

can you help me with the animation of the coils? Did you use the no-parametric coil method? Can you write or do a video tutorial for obtein the result of this video? Thank you so much! My mail bnzara@yahoo.es

  • thw tires tires look like a traxxas jato's

  • U modeled that from a belt drivin rc car probably the traxxas nitro 4tech

  • I'm sure that looks like a petrol powered RC car I had once. Almost exactly.

  • SE VE COMPLCADO

  • what the name to this program and how could i get it. thanx

  • @tylerlevesque75 Lol autodesk.com

If you've got $5000 sure you can get it.

But they you'd have to spend a whole lot of time learning to use it correctly.

  • I was wondering, since you can only render with "shaded with lines" applied in inventor, how did you make this look so good?

I'd like to be able to render my stuff with this quality :)

  • @Spunn3d Not sure I understand the question. You can change the display of the realtime graphics to be edges on or off. But that setting does not effect the raytrace rendering that was used to creatge this video.

In Inventor there is an environment called Inventor Studio. It can render using a raytrace rending approach to generate the frames. The user can setup advanced materials and styles to achive almost any desired result. In this case I went for an "almost photo real" look.

  • @schneik80 I see. Where in inventor do i find this feature? Because i cant find anything.. Everytime i make a presentation file, i can only use "shaded with lines" style when im rendering an animation.

  • inventor render sucks why do they make us by alias and maya and that crap

  • This is very cool and impressive!

  • Very good video

  • Wow!

  • my teacher wont believe this!

  • this rox man. i love it

  • I can't Inventor install on Vista :( ??

  • Impresionante, un gran trabajo!

  • Out of interest, how long would you say it took you to design the components, assemble and build the simulation?

  • damn!! that's a good animation, make's me horny just watching it. hahahah

  • if i had the patience i would make this. good job.

  • Comment removed

  • Sigh... I work for Autodesk and I did make this.

  • Well in that case, cool! You are fortunate to have a dream job :)

  • I have spent for you lots of time. Really Exciting!

  • Nice work all the movemento from this Intelligent parts. Try to get some 3D models from PARTcommunity

  • Nice!

  • Thanks. I actual like to not use the whole stroke. It allows for any air or the bladder in the shocks to stay at the top of the shock undisturbed. In adition the car will use the whole stroke in the turns of the chassis rolls.

  • pretty good but as u can see if it were to bottom out there is still more suspension to go when the body hits the ground so either make less suspension or make bigger wheels

  • is it free? XD

  • What does 6000 dollars sound like to you?

  • Something worth getting an .iso/crack for

    LOL

Not that I would, of course, that would be silly! 8D

  • money XD

  • if your still in full time education then you can get the "educational version" which is not cut down or anything, but i belive it puts watermarks on the documents.

  • tsalt8763,

someone had to make the sample... just google Kevin Schneider autodesk.

  • you didnt make that. its a sample!

  • maaaaaaaan AUTODESK rocks

    and their software are awesome

am working on 3dmax and maya but this is awesome

  • thnx

  • 10/10 ;p

  • i wonder how hard is to create this software..like HOW THE HELL DO U PROGRAM SOMETHING WHICH CREATES ANOTHER THING AND ANIMATES IT---ANIMATES SOMETHING TOTALLY RANDOM... probably is hard... I WONDER how long the binary numbers are in the core of the software.....

  • miles

  • dude, this software is huge. It costs $5000 and is about 2gb. You need to have extensive knowledge in this field if you would ever want to make a version of this.

  • Inventor costs a lot more than 5000 its around 12 grand. I use solid works and thats around 20 grand. You can never fully learn the program. The best way to start is to play with it and see what you can make.

  • what were your rendering settings?

because everytime i do it it looks bad

  • How long did this render take you? Something like this would take my comp a week or two.

  • I made the template.

  • you shut him up :p

  • forgive me if im wrong but im pretty sure this is a pre-made template, but good job rendering

  • hay llevensela

  • Frikin sweeeeeeeeeet

  • i cant figure out how to make the tread on tires... help?

  • ok, i havent tryed this yet but what if u took and made a work plane just below the surface of the rubber. drew your design then circular patterned it? u would have to no the correct amount to put it under the surface but it would work if u did it this way i think

  • make new work plane at center of tyre and draw the form you want cut out of tread then finish that sketch and make a 3d sketch of the path you want it to follow then sweep the form along that path (cut sweep) . I made some sweet tractor tyres like this and they look the part.

  • Very very nice. You are going to go far ( if you haven't already :) ).

  • Where did you get the baseplate, diff gear etc? My version contains only everything else besides those..

  • I am the original designer of the entire car, If the data you have is from the Inventor samples, then you only have the engine and a simplified front end.

  • hi..im new to this inventor..but very interested to learn how to create 3d design..

if posible can u give me the dimensions for the rc that you drew or maybe u can suggest anything for me to start..

i hv experience using solidwork and autocad before..

  • awesome render!!

  • wow, i use this program and i know that this would take me some time to create. nice job

  • Thanks!

  • Thank you for making this!

  • hey do u know where i can download some parts of the RC car?

  • have you ever tried to incorporate a dynamic road surface that would "cause" the wheel to bump up and down? im working on the exact problem you have here...i sure could use an answer or two!!! (before i get fired!!!) haha

  • i dont think it would...this program is mostly for design it doesnt have other parts

  • Yes. I have done the entire car and moved it over a simulated surface with "bumps."

I never had time to get a simulation of cornering forces to work, but maybe some day...

  • hola me podrias decir el programa que usas para realizar estas animaciones

dime el mombre por un mensaje privado

    gracias

  • el nombre del programa es autodesk inventor ma e duro de encontrare

  • that can make in inventor professional?

  • how can i make my own?

  • cool!!

  • that is amazing! anyone know if this can import 3ds and lwo files?

  • no it cant i think the file extension for inventor is .ipt or .idw it has a few, ipt is a single part, and then idw is a detail. i have been able to insert 2d drawings from auto cad but i wasn't able to edit them

  • nicely done, I drawed my ipod but its just a joke when i see this :-D

  • wow
