You can see that the country living flour is a lot finer than the wonder junior flour. Not an accurate test at all. No mention at all of size of granules.

@brasled As for your commenting on the quality of the grains being more fine, all the country living videos i saw and posts ive read about them, they run their wheat through 2-3 times to get it super fine anyway!

@brasled Yea, I agree. What the Wonder Junior did, you'll have to re-do it if you want to get it finer, and I'd imagine since the Country Living one has an adjustable setting, you could make it more coarse and spit out just as much - question is, can the Junior go as fine as the Country? I don't know... but if I'm starving, I'll take either!

Curious as to where you got the mounting bracket for the Country Living grain mill? My buddy has one and has to clamp it to the countertop all the time. The one you have looks pretty slick! Also, is the flour just as fine from the Junior Deluxe as the CL mill?
