This has got to be the saddest Korean drama I've seen so far esp. when you think about how their mom died, how the sisters got separated for decades, and how life treated Yun-Hee/Sun-Woo so cruelly growing up with that evil family she lived with!!!

I cried so much when Kim YoonHee was already in the sterilized plastic cubicle before surgery and Jang JaeHyuk was stretching his hand to touch her thru the plastic and this song was playing in the background, it was a very solemn and touching scene...unforgettable. Too bad this song is not included in the OST...Thanks for this
