Since I pre-ordered it from gamestop, I automatically got the lightning hook, reaper skin, caveman club, sly cane, etc.... If you don't have the option to change skins, you more than likely don;t have any to change. Sorry.
@furrywolf201 It doesn't matter if you played the first game... But if you didn't pre-order InFAMOUS 2, then you don't have any skins. You have to buy some off the PSN store... I believe the skin pack is $2.99? You should probably check for yourself.
@banak32123 Try going to the PsStore and re-downloading what ever it is you bought..... I bought the sniper blast move yesterday, and I started InFAMOUS 2, and it immediatly popped-up...

So I'm guessing that's it........ Though.... If you get to level 25 on InFAMOUS anarchy (facebook game) you get a DLC code.... I don't know what for though...
