Look at the video. She drives happily and holds her hand to the stomach = she is still pregnant. Carcrash. Then hospital.

We see in the end of the other promo that she is lying on the floor with blood in her down-there area = abortion. She doesn't die, she probably just has an abortion as a result after the carcrash.

The series would be bad without the girls and Mouth actually. The brothers, Nathan & Lucas (particularly Lucas) are the ones with no plot anymore. Lucas should die.

Because that would be the perfect irony which would suit this show. Peyton was planning to die, but instead the baby does and possibly Lucas, lol. Or at least the baby dies, so they will have issues and not get married after all.

Then there will be the oh-so-typical threesome with Leybrucas again in the next season for all of us to enjoy. And a foursome if Julian returns (which I hope).
