  • Wait, are you eating the coconut oil? Because coconut oil is great for weight loss! Also, I've found it's best to eat healthy fats and protein and cut back on carbs except for veggies and some fruit. I don't think people eat enough healthy fats, like coconut oil, eggs, healthy meats, nuts, avocados, butter, heavy cream (though really going dairy free would be best ). That's just what I've learned! And it's helped me tremendously. :D

  • Love your videos.....hang in there....get more organized and disaplined....With the Lords help you can do it :) My tips: Give up fast food, breads, pastries, pasta, cereals except oatmeal, stop all soda pop and juices and replace with herbal teas and water, any products with frutose corn syrup , sugar. Also give up products with yeast in them like your breads, beer, etc.... Use xylitol or stevia for your sugar substitute found on Amazon dot com. Shop the outside perimator of the grocery store.

  • U trying to lose weight right ? or u just want healthy looking skin? Just u remember to put coconut oil on ur face and rubbing it in. But cant see diff in weight u look same.. :(

  • I will tell you what the mistake you are making is: You have to CUT THE CARBOHYDRATES! I lost 40 pounds in 6 months on a low carb diet, and coconut oil was a huge part of that. Your bowl of cereal and that cow's milk is killing any sort of diet you think you are on. Trying to create your diet by making it up as you go is NOT going to work. Please trust me on this. Dump the breads, dump sugar and fruit juices and eat healthy fats like coconut oil (its a GREAT cooking oil). Eat whole fruits.

    dont worry so much about the amount of food u eat. i think what matters is what u ate.

    Processed food is really the bad thing. im no expert but i want to suggest brown rice and maybe instead of packed processed meat, u can buy chicken breast or beef fillet and just marinate it with olive oil, salt and pepper and u can just grill it in the pan. I also suggest eating lots of fresh fruit and veg. Avoiding fast food, soda, donuts, egg, milk will surely make u lose pounds. =)
