  • You got some work to do

  • Looks Good. Wish it were mine!

  • I like how the soundtrack matches the truck-crude and unrefined, but still way cool!

  • Is the truck still forsale ??

  • 3/4 ton wheels and a long box, nice truck. still has the original horn , those are loud. How much are you asking for it?

  • Yep stater pedal like my Apache would make a good dually

  • Beautiful old Chevy...does she have the starter pedal??? I'd kill for a Chevy like that!!!

  • Does it have a 3-speed or 4-speed transmission.

  • @MrBrombomb 4 speed

  • cole you watched broke back mountain, what about slit cheack creek

  • i know im only 15 and im a bit young for my age to like this car but, i love classic american badassnes, and all the new cars of today are shit, and i want to bring back the american culture back to my city, maybe even the entire state of texas, cause all im seeing these days are a bunch of pussies in little tiny baby import tuner cars

  • @blackthorn053

you can't be too young to like real cars =D

  • @blackthorn053 man im only 15 and im half way thought restoring a truck and you can never to young to like old cars and trucks

  • @gota2gbnano ur so right

  • i have the door windows for a that truck for sale 2094300610

  • Nice, 1948 Chevrolet Pickup truck and you should restore the truck by painting it flat-black, because your truck looks like the one in the movie called "Brokeback Mountain" where Jack Twist (Jake Gyllenhaal) is driving the truck to the job site.

  • Love to see a starting, cranking, video from how it is now of it.

  • It needs some love.

  • nice

  • cool truck, cool music.

  • that looks badass - would love one of those, but alas I'm useless with any kind of car repairs and I'm in the UK.

  • Love to see it coldstarting.

  • Wow, pretty complete. Is the starter crank handle still behind the seat? Nice piece. Heck, I'd make the needed repairs, and drive it the way it sits. How often does anybody get the chance to do that? I'm looking for a '48 1/2 tonner in at minimum the condition yours is in. Has to be an original and driven for me. Again, nice truck.

  • @NcalBiker Yeah, I agree with you. It looks awesome the way it is, just get it running and you have yourself a pretty fun weekend cruiser.

  • oh my god.

that is the most complete, solid frame ive ever seen on a thrift. tell me the roof is just surface rust. DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY COLLECTORS PAY FOR THAT KIND OF STUFF???

ive got a similar deal, a 1/2 ton 49, only a spot of rust on the sidestep. its still in factory condo, and ive gotten offers upwards 25k

hold onto it, no matter what...its a diamond in the rough, trust me

  • do you still have this truck?

  • You Could have that thing beautifully re-stored!!

  • That not a 3/4 ton is it????

  • love it!

  • nice

  • where is it?

  • not as bad condition as you might find else where. does it actually run?
