this case at the time this happened I read in the press that a builder had installed the electric's not an electrician and the pan rack was install by the husband I sur pose that this is not true. and if the person had used some sort of electrical detector when installing it this would not have happened and if as I read the husband had installed the pan rack then he should have been done by the police
