  • @Buandelmonte123 bow-chicka wah wah

  • I love it . The defendant barely said two words and he won. The plaintiff is an idiot.

  • Some social life these guys have. Meeting in a parking lot at night. I cannot imagine what they might have been doing.

  • Lololololol

  • what's with the girl dancing in the gallery at 2:36

  • Damn. Helloooooo defendant;]

  • Sounds right to me! Bye!

  • I hate idiots like him. Just because he was "joking" he can do something stupid like that, but if something were to happen to him he takes it to court.

  • Stupid motherfucker.

  • i bet they were baked

  • Good work, Hammurabi.

  • i would hav done the same judgement

  • doofus! how funny

  • She should've at least made the defendant pay $20 to the court for his hairdo.

  • Well played VEVO!!!

  • Ah nothin like people who come on judge judy get seen by 10 million people see U shine!

  • i hate how the plaintiff keeps saying "so that justifies him acting like a fool and jumping..." nothing has to justify the defendant acting like a fool just like nothing justified the foolish plaintiff jumping on his car

  • WHAT A TWIT THE PLAINTIFF IS.

  • Isn't the plural of doofus "doofi"?

  • @fjccommish lol

  • @fjccommish hahaha

  • @fjccommish isn't that the name of the retarded guy in one of the Scary Movies?

  • @EllaKillsssKids His name was Doofy,

  • @fjccommish same difference

  • sneeze at 1:38

    bottom left :D

  • Some people are dumb until it costs them money.

    Then they wise up...sometimes.

  • 2 doofuses

    2 doofus

    2 doofi

  • JUST A MINUTE THATS ONLY IF I SAY SO? WHAT ABOUT THE LAW???

  • @esther19741974 in a civil matter in the courts, the magistrate/judge decides who gets what based on all evidence and their own judgement. If he doesn't like her decision he can always go to another court and appeal. For $300 it wouldnt be worth it.

  • @esther19741974 um. silly esther, the law isn't perfect. that's why we have courts.

  • Also, just noticed but I love that Judge Judy went completely on the Defendant's side and defended him. GOSH THAT PLANTIFF, WHAT WAS HE THINKING?!?

  • @tibbydibby - She's allowed to. Besides, the defendant had a pretty fair case. The plaintiff provoked the incident. If the plaintiff claimed he apologised for the accident then it would be a different story, but instead the plaintiff openly admitted to being a dick.

  • It is as judy says, Don't pull a prank on a pig. It doesn't work. And it annoys you when the pig farted back !!!

  • soulja boy? really?

  • Idiot, it's like poking a snake and blaming it for biting you.

  • @eltimido503 a snake is an animal though. Bad example but i do understand what you mean.

  • THUMBS DOWN just because of this pathetic ad in the middle.

  • Two gay guys trying to get each other's attention.

  • oh gosh. THE LITIGANTS, idk.

  • LOL, racist dancing lady at 2:35, notice she stops immediately when the bailiff sees her

  • lol

  • Poor waist of time for JJ. Hehe

  • @Eyeglompyou you mean waste ? lol

  • @giveit2mehardmad Yeah, I mint -I MEAN- meant that XD

  • 2:35 CYA!

  • lol

  • lol

  • lol

  • they should have 20 year old boy sex

  • i think the other one should have paid for the damage. just because i pushed you a little bit for fun, it does not give you the right to punch me in the face and break my nose. you first have to see how big is the damage that the opponent made and react accordingly.

  • @fffinol Actually it does give me the right, let's take the cars out of the situation and replace them with people, some guy walked up behind him at night and gave him an unprovoked "friendly push", the person has the right to respond in self defense as he doesn't know if the push was friendly or not, but we aren't talking about a shove, we're talking about a shove with a car, his actions were completely justified.

  • @dragonforce525 I think you are a little bit wrong about your opinion. First, the plaintiff was his friend and not some stranger. Second, even if a stranger walks up behind me at night and gives me an unprovoked "friendly push" , I cannot break his nose as long as he does not have a knife in his hand or something. I will give you an easier example to understand. I pushed your notebook and if fell under the desk. I did this for fun. Do you think it can give you the reason to tear my notebook?

  • @fffinol But you're taking something trivial and saying it's the same thing, it's like saying killing an ant is just as bad as killing a person. No I personally wouldn't tear your notebook for knocking mine on the floor, and I wouldn't break your nose for playfully shoving me, but if you rammed your car into the back of mine, even in a playful way, you'd be stupid not to expect some form of retaliation.

  • @dragonforce525 I don't understand why you don't understand it. You just don't make a clear knot of your statement and disappear. "Killing an ant is just as bad as killing a person" <- This is exactly what you are saying. Even you wouldn't believe it to be right. You wouldn't tear my notebook and break my nose, but retaliation that the defendant did was right??? What are you talking about?? Nothing is wrong with the metaphors that I came up with.

  • @fffinol No I understand, you think he overreacted in the same way me tearing up your notebook after you knocking mine on the floor would be an overreaction, but I disagree that he did overreact, I think that if you purposely drives into someone's car, regardless of whether there's damage or not, you can't call foul when the person responds in a similar manner.

  • I dont understand why Bert is there if he does crosswords all the time? Isnt that an important job?

  • @damodepimp It's more of an assistant, he swears in the defendants (when they give their oath that they are telling the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth), he also escorts the litigants in and out (sometimes early by request) and is also there as sort of a security guard. If the plaintiff and defendant start getting out of hand, he separates them, and occasionally he verbally reprimands them if they are disrespecting the judge (such as talking out of turn or over the judge).

  • @damodepimp His name's not "Bert". It's "Byrd."

  • Dude....WTF was that Soulja Joke shit in the middle of the vid?? Oh wait, nevermind...

    (sigh)

  • its really only one doofus, i understand why the guy jumped up on his car and broke the mirror!

  • @luisferr2001 The Plaintiff is a doofus for obvious reasons. The defendant is a doofus because he missed an opportunity to earn some money because really, he's the one who should be sueing. The plaintiff, of course, is the MUCH BIGGER doofus!

  • The One With 2 Doofuses? That doesn't exactly narrow it down, you know.

  • 1:26 -- how about more videos with this chick?!

  • Alot of people need to look at there case from a different point of view before coming onto tv

  • Damn your little ad midway! rofl it was just short enough that I didnt go anywhere! Good on ya!

  • "This ain't gonna take long" LOL

  • Comment removed

  • LOL

  • 2 wrongs dont make a right, however, the P was an idiot, acting the fool by risking damage to someone else`s car and annoying them in the act so he returned the favour in a stronger way but without violence, a bad joke that misfired on him,end of case i guess

  • According to his logic... we should be able to punch the guy as long as it's "just for kicks" and not have to worry about getting sued.

  • lol at everyone cracking up at the end,

  • bwahaha I thought one of them was actually named doofus….dissappointed

  • Man, that was a funny case. I love the ending! Judge Judy is such a great entertainer.

  • Not that big of a deal. Why are they the doofuses? I've seen much worse than this.

  • BAAI,.

    LOL

  • hahahaha this is hands down the funniest episode of judge judy.

  • They're both idiots.

  • I think these two did this for their 3 minutes of fame. Pathetic ...

  • Well, both plaintiff and defendent receive $2600 for appearing on this episode. $100 appearance allowance of $100 plus half of $5000 (due to stalemate).

  • @realrocky8591 That isn't how it is. JJ is strict in the fact that idiots don't receive excess amount of money for nothing. You only get money for appearance and if you win.

  • @nick2s

"You only get money for appearance and if you win."

That's untrue, and blatantly so. The only cases where the losers don't get any extra money is when Judge Judy gives $5000 to the plaintiff, resulting in (5000-5000)/2 = 0 for the defendant.

  • @realrocky8591 your explanation makes less sense then most of the theories i have read online. I know my explanation is fact.

  • @realrocky8591 so, if she denies either one or both , who is the winner?

i thought they had appearance fee, then competed for the money,,,i have never heard a simple explanation for how this works yet, can someone explain it completely, but in an idiots way so it`s simple to understand.

  • @jackscal1

If she denies them both, then both receive their appearance fee of $100, and then split the pot of $5,000, which is $2,500 for each.

  • @realrocky8591 That is incorrect. The appearance fee is $300, and the Plaintiff will only receive what they are suing for if Judy rules in their favor, the Defendant will receive nothing unless they sue for a specific amount and it is ruled in their favor.

  • nice hairdo losers - like a Ken doll helmet wig

  • nice when the defendant says correct at the end sounds like " hell yeah mothafucka"

  • The defendant handled himself very well.

  • @Mojosbigstick I get the feeling he handles himself a lot

  • @ozzyinny *b-booom cha!* Name me a man who doesn't!

  • JJ should have made the defendant pay for having such a moronic haircut...

  • @paulreider why bother? - having a haircut like that is both the offence AND the punishment...

  • The defendant looks SO much like Rafael Nadal, but with a different haircut :O

  • @killerchipmunkattack loool ur comment made me laugh so much !! lol

  • @GreekBiaaatch Haha it was meant as quite a serious comment actually. But thanks for making me feel like I'm funny. teehee =p

  • @GreekBiaaatch Wait, the cars comment or the Nadal comment? lol

  • @killerchipmunkattack lol the Nadal comment!! i didn't see it at first but when I read your comment i was like ' OMG he really DOES look like Nadal with a bad haircut !! ' iv'e even forwarded the link onto my facebook page! hahahaha so funny :p

  • OOH! What craptacular hair!

  • Lol at the idiot woman dancing in the front row at 2:35

  • @Venusfading people like that should be murdered.

  • Comment removed

  • Plaintiff - you a re a moron and got what you deserved - nothing!

  • It's me again, and this time I've got something more to say. When I look at the Plaintiff who said "it's just a joke" with a blank, dumbass expression on his face, I feel like punching him out! Anybody who does something like that and say "it's just joke" deserves to be knocked out flat on his ass! How about the rest of you?

  • you can hear people from the audience yelling at the plaintiff when he's leaving: 2:36 and 2:42

  • The plaintiff is an idiot. He deserves everything except a girlfriend !

  • only thing i dont like is how disrespectful the audiences can be sometimes

  • Plaintiff is a prissy little bitch

  • I love Byrd's "this ain't gonna take long" brilliant

  • sounds right to me...... BYE!! LMAO

  • JJ is the shit.

  • This judge is a fucking IDIOT. She lets her emotions take over her judgment and thinks of herself way to highly. What the plaintiff did might not of been the smartest thing to do, but that doesn't justify other people doing jackass things in revenge.

An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind. I would of loved to see judge Marilyn Milian take this case instead of this retarded women who thinks she's a big shot who, just because is a judge, thinks she is better than other people.

  • @majch yes but you must understand that everybody will react that way, you cannot change the world, just regulate it as REALISTICALLY as possible.

  • @majch You see, Judge judy is awesome. What sets her apart from other judge's, who are idiots and slow, is she doesn't play games. She gets to the point, which is the cold truth. So if she acts smarter than other people, ugh, that's because she is. This world is full of idiots, and it's very likely you're one of them. Judge judy is just here to point them in the right direction. So if you don't like what you see, fuck off, get the fuck over it. and watch a Marilyn Milian show next time.

  • @majch oh yea and uve studied law for over 10 years and have over 50+ years expirence. fuck off you peice of scumbag shit. although u might not understand her judgement im sure judge judy was right, she knows what shes doing. so fuck off u dirtbag bitch go slit yo throat

  • @majch I agree with you. If the P did something wrong it does not give the D authority to do what ever he likes..and destroy his car. He should have first checked his car and if there was any damage then he should have sued him..thats what the courts are for..and exactly thats what jj also tells litigants most of the time.

  • @majch I agree with you as well, this judgment is ridiculous and basically says that the defendant's actions were perfectly fine

  • @majch What she ruled out was right, obviously something you will never get.

  • nobody mentioned the moronic haircut of the defendant. What a wanker

  • the defendant is like wayyyy fuckin hot!!!

  • Comment removed

  • I love Byrd "dis aint gon take long"

  • that ad in the middle was retarded...

  • Fucking idiot plaintiff.. retard! cracker ass piece of shit!

  • Lol, cracker ass?

  • @Myco1976thanku Makes a pretty funny albeit disturbing visual =D

  • hahahahaha the peanut gallery really rides the plaintiff at the end.

  • Mr Byrd is funny.

  • Plantiff is an idiot, judge judy canned his ass

  • plaintiff is cuuuuuuuuuuuute, kinda too tall but cute face

  • I think that both should have paid. If a person bumped into me for fun, it wouldn't be right if I turned around and hit them in the eye. Too much of an over reaction. I do understand the judge's ruling but that's a lot of money for a kid. Now, there's only going to be bad feelings between them. It's too bad.

  • Ummm.... if some fucking moron damaged your property on PURPOSE just for fun.. then you have every right to fuck that person up.

  • I thought the plural of 'doofus' would be 'doofii'? :p

  • It's actually dip-shits.

  • I didn't quite understand what she said to Byrd, can anyone please kindly explain, when she said, "don't get comfortable".

  • She basically wanted to tell him that the case was not going to last long at all so he should not settle down and be comfortable because he would have to leave soon since the case would end soon

  • ah, very much make sense, thanks so much.

  • ... cos the case would not last long ....

  • he wasn't going 2 stay there for long it was going 2 be a quick case

  • Omgosh!

    LOL that's so funny!

The plaintif actually thot he had a case!

You don't "joke" with someones CAR!!!!!!!!

  • that is one f*kt up hairstyle

  • The defendant looks like a tiny emo

  • HAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAAH THAT WAS AN AWESOME FINISH FROM JJ goddamn lmao BYE!!!

  • That guys hair is beyond stupid, Id beat his ass for looking like a goofy retarded fuck from Mtv. :D

  • lmao i think that was totally fair

  • wtf haha a girl does a jig in the audience at 2:26

  • Is this anything to do with the whole mangina, mouthgina, swine flu infections that keep popping up?

  • That defendant looks like a goof.

  • wtf, was that a trumpet???

  • "So I jumped on his hood to get his attention" What a dumbass

  • WowW plaintiff hottie!!!

  • You know what would be an awesome prank? A car accident!!!! hee hee hee LMAO oh god my parents will be so proud.

Meeting in a parking lot after dark= DRUG DEAL

I'm surprised Judy didn't latch onto that.

  • Yeah, really. i was thinking the same thing. This was a deal of some sort going down.

  • @inordinatefondness what are you talking about - meeting in a parking lot doesnt mean drug deal all the time. Thats like saying because a man is tall and black means he automatically is a great basketball player and probably professional. Me and my friends used to hang out in parking lots all the time and I have never done drugs in my life. What do you expect when probably 98% of people from 16-26 stay up really late and go out really late.

  • Hilarious!

  • D= SUPER FUCKING HOT

  • That Plaintiff is a moron, haha!! He gets what he deserves.

  • Plaintiff = Total Dumbass

  • @strider643 Without a doubt! Even though the defendant was wrong in jumping on the plaintiff's car in anger, This dumbass plaintiff started the whole thing. You don't use a car, or any vehicle as a joke to rile someone. He's lucky he didn't do it in a faster speed. He could hurt somebody that way! Total Dumbass!!

  • @strider643 Haha yeah what 20 year old grown-up just hits his friend's car "as a joke"?? You aren't playing bumper cars!
