i wouldnt consider this feathering due to the fact you are using the flat iron like a curling iron and curling the hair too hard. A feather is to take the flat iron and swoop the hair the direction you want it to feather...not CURL it...but your hair is still cute girl! thats why the ends of your what you call a "feather" are sticking out...your grasping the flat iron the wrong way

When you Feather it you want to use a Brand of hair that is already curly like i mentioned in you last video it will give you that loose flow affect but it holds feathers longer and it's super body deep ....... also when you feather you want to start from the root and position the flat iron towards the way you want it to be feathered this will train the hair to stay in position even when it is wrapped at night
