  • I had the same great experience in the mid 1980's.

    My ex and I did it twice.

    I Bunjeed off the Shotover bridge and whitewater rafted too.

    I live near Banff, Alberta Canada which is similar in geography but far more commercialized and expensive that Queenstown.

    I love Banff living only 70 miles away, but dollar & friendliness oriented I would give Queenstown the vote !!
