@MustangGTR2 yeah, this was in coastal virginia. Nice salty, hot, humid atmosphere. You can rust anything there :)

Maybe because humidity is trapped easily inside cavities and surface reaction of oxygen with iron atom creates calamine(rust)_

@ej20daZe I just posted this for a friend that was led to believe chromoly tubing wont rust. It {obviously} does.
