Well, first download a software called Lphant. You cna get music, games, and sony vegas from there.

After you download it, and put it, look for Sony Vegas (I recommend you the 7.0 version)

And download it! =)

Oh well, I do it with Sony Vegas, but it is possible with Windows Movie Maker, I do it there too =)

I downloaded it, from Lphant (a software,I get all my music from there)

=) lol, the running scene is:

1- I filmed the "woods" while I moved the camera

2- I filmed Lizzie with a green background with one of j-d's boxes I think that lets you run. I don't really know if it's a j-d's box lol =)

You can download eMule if you want, it's easier to download. just type download emule on Google and go to its official website =)
