First you put in a scenery disk (North America, Europe, Africa etc) Then select the X-plane folder that just appeared after putting in the disk. Click on Installer Macintosh. This should bring up a screen that has clouds on it. Select a "destination" that has a lot of disk space. Then press install.

i have a question i dont know if my game is well installed becuse have of the place is land and the rest is pure water i have not that much of land help please

Yeah, You have to install the scenery disks. This should give you all land features and buildings.

Yeah, its not Flight Simulator X, its X-plane 8 for Mac. If you like virtual cockpits and more add-on sceneries I recommend FSX.
