u got to a quest, "gotta shot em' up" i think thats what its called. talk to Mr. Crowley in the underworld, he asks u to kill 4 guys and 3 of them has a key. Make sure when u get the keys dont give them back to Mr. Crowley

2. when u have armor it says Val,WG, condition, and other stuff..what does DR mean? if i have

Metal armor : 10 dr

( i know those rnt real stats) which 1 should i use? is it how much it protects you?

1) you can sell it for caps

2) DR is damage/defense rating, how well it protects you. It gets lower with degradation of the item

Hey, in the Co-Quarters house, was there a 'Guns and Bullets' skill book on the bed that you tried to sleep at 3:14 ? On Fallout wiki and other sources, they say that theres supposed to be a skill book there, but i havn't been able to find it anywhere! Someone please help! =[

That is the skill book, it raises small guns. Since mine was 100, I didn't bother.
