If you wanna play this game real bad but you dont have a psx anymore, u can just download a psx emulator program called "epsxe" This will allow you to run the FF8 game discs on your computer, or if you dont have the actual game discs, you can download the iso files which were extracted from the game discs from "Romhustler" PS: You will also need to download a "psx bios file" which is require to make the epsxe emulator work! goodluck!
As has been mentioned several times, in several comments, on several videos, and in the description of at least one of the videos, the BGM was NOT part of the FMVs. They were seperate MIDI files that played over the FMVs and are, thus, not included in the FMV file when you rip it, which is how these were extracted.
I ripped these directly off the disc. Aside from the opening and the ending, none of the FF8 FMVs had music on their audio tracks, they're seperate music files.
the music wasn't part of the fmv itself, was played from the playstation. i'm guessing these fmv's where ripped from the disc rather from when the game was getting played. nice upload though
