@JediTechie5 Hmm just to name a few Teaser trailers that you can't really guess the plot from would be: The Dark Knight, Inception, Toy Story 3, Pirates of the Caribbean, Transformers.
And the director here was nice enough to give you a synopsis on the most basic premise of his work. So even though you weren't getting a real plot through the teaser, you have an idea of what this is about. And it sounds like a plot to me, whether you like it or not is a whole different story.

When the very evil guy says the line about "truly becoming a god" and the audio is forcibly dragged down at an attempt of being badass/scary, did anyone else gag? I mean sure, you've got this really stereotypical line about becoming a god; but the only thing that COULD'VE saved it was the actor's portrayal. Which we'll never know if it was good

If you don't see where this is headed you might as well stop defending it. It's just another exorcist movie, but this time the demon fights back. Like I said before the only waiting that should happen is for this to be dropped in the garbage. I heard that this was supposed to be good, but I can see many people are trying to stroke someone's ego, and figured that I ought to make sure it doesn't get too large, wouldn't want them to try and move to LA, just gonna be another waiter out there.
