@etejuanete3 Did you watch the tutorial? You can take Thom's rhythm I explain there and play it that way, but I believe there will be something missing without all the layers, even more so than this bare interpretation.

nice - I do think the essence of this song is in the layering of multiple guitar tracks which I don't think one can achieve solo. this sounds very nice tho.

@MRMATRONIC I like it on acoustic, very earthy. Electric has a kind of chimey (when clean) or gritty (when overdriven) texture I save for some more specific applications.

@gloryglorytottenham Some Takamines are great. I personally like the EG series if you've only got $300 to spend. I have a custom tele style guitar made by James Carruthers. Check it out on my Optimistic vids. I also have a CIJ '57 re-issue Strat but I hardly ever play electric... too much gear involved and not enough time to tinker with it all.
