I had this album, shit happened and lost it forever..........SO GLAD some people take the time to upload excellent old rock that cannot be bought anymore.
@Faith7Black hey if your looking for this old stuff contact z z z records in dsm ia and ask for the owner nate. have you an atm or credit card ready with a good address (matching for card verification right ) were in the dsm area and will keep going thru triple z records when we move to atlanta ga here soon right.. he got us a brand new cd copy of angel city shipped to the store in the original sealed case for $13 right. tell him rick rogers sent ya peace bud
@mixmaster2112 - I seem to recall a couple songs that went around the michigan radio stations of Kick Axe LIVE in Nashville back in the day - musta been that show aye ? I saw them with Helix & Krokus (I think) at Castle Farms up in Charlevoix Michigan in like 82/83 Good show !!!
This was one of the best metal ballads from the 80's and it still holds up. I'm 41 and still love this. Unreal. Their singer is actually playing and touring as a member of Avril Lavigne's band.
the greatest unknown band from the 80's. I saw them twice in '84. Once at a place called Hermitage Landing at an all day show called One For the Sun, headlined by Ratt. Then later that summer, at Nashville Municipal Auditorium opening for Judas Priest. They rocked so thoroughly that it took Judas Priest 3 songs to get the crowd behind them and to stop yelling for Kick Axe. The only reason they didn't make it was because their rec. co. put all the money behind Quiet Riot, and went bankrupt.
back in the day this album was not easy to find i had it on vinyl

Love the guitar solo. I envision someone I like jamming this out on his knees. That would be sexy!

@horyclap68 talk about slumming it. How could you go from lead singer of KICK AXE to avril lavigne? Must be complicated.
