This is my absolute favorite of all the episodes. Love Steve. He is so evel and yet, I feel sorry for him.

yeah Steve is hot and it's impossible not to like Todd - but to me, Michael is by far the most gorgeous - he makes a beautiful wraith and hybrid, & he's cute, sexy as a human too. Also about the sexual stuff with them - anyone get the impression that the wraith might have some kinda "Victorian" or "Puritan" type hangups maybe - like how are completely covered high-neck to toe most of the time?Sometimes you'll see some arm/chest/shoulder on a female a bit, but that's it. Still very cool costumes.

When I saw this episode and he called him Steve I just cracked up! There's a line in a song by flight of the concords (Hiphopopotamus vs. Rhymenoceros, I like the live version!) that immediately comes to mind!

I always wonder if the Wraith get any sexual thrill from feeding? I also wonder if they can even have sex, I am sure they have the parts because coming from humans. Imagine being like that Ancient woman with unlimited energy and being continuously fed upon. Worse yet, having to 'please' them has well.

They can have sex. In a later episode, you see a wraith child. This means not all of them are clones and they do reproduce somehow. Therefore, there is copulation going on. ^^ Seeing as they have so few females, however, a large majority is either bisexual or they only have sex when chosen to do so with the queen.

My theory is that another class of wraith exist that we never really saw on the show: drones. Or maybe we did see one. That male commander that was hunting Ronon seemed like more than just a scientist type. The purpose of drones would be to reproduce sexually with queens to produce more queens and drones. I think there'd be fewer drones than queens, nature's way of keeping their population relatively in check. That also serves as a convenient reason for why we never saw one on the show, haha.

The clones are pretty much mindless, the smarter ones are bred by sex, hence why there are very few of them. :D smart and sexy babies!

the wraith are daft, after the first attack on atlantis why didnt they attack again with mabye 7 hives

but then it makes a shit storyline if the enemy kill all the goodies in first series

They did, they sent 12 more hive ships against Atlantis. After Atlantis faked a self-destruct and cloaked itself, believing it destroyed the 10 hive ships left. (2 others from the 2nd wave having been destroyed)
