Jessops are a disaster. Lost my £2000+ order 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting.
No customer service.
Nobody cares.
Just 'call centre air heads' who want to get off the phone as fast as possible. A week to answer emails!. No compensation.
They wonder why people are flocking to Amazon etc.
They'll be out business again in 12 months and wonder what went wrong.
