And how could the producer listen to the audio in front of the half retarted ex girlfriend, describing what he hears, and then says "I wouldnt listen to this if I were you"? Seriously, everyone in these videos appear to be on the "slow" side.

What's really poignant is that we focus on the lady's repressed grief and horror at the thoughts of what might be on the tape, but we never see Werner Herzog's face when he listens to the tape. I wonder how affected he actually was by the tape, considering Herzog has had experiences like few others have had.
