  • Awesome..

  • Blues and Nuno Bettencourt have such similar styles.

  • /watch?v=U0WfBstXvIk

    Blues Saraceno If you Believe

  • in hawaii you eat only rabbit soup

  • he has such a perfect tone for harmonics.

  • Best G3 ever would be Blues Saraceno, Ed Van Halen, Paul Gilbert

  • @DuctapePenguin add Steve Vai ;)

  • Satch and Vai have used some great guitarists on their G3 project. Saraceno would be a really good fit, don't you think?

  • This song is magnetic. Great Saraceno!!!

  • one of the most underrated guitarists.

  • che figlio di puttana che cazzo di vibrato.........che bestia

  • The reason he wears his watch like that is so he can make sure we don't explode from over exposure to this wickedness.

  • I saw him in a guitar clinic back in 1992 in Ohio, he was pretty young yet (about 20 years) but he had an incredible tone

  • One of Dimebag's favorite guitarists! And i like him too)

  • hmm. guitar wanking at it's finest

  • Best Vibrato technique I've ever heard!!

  • @GamePortable

you brought him up, I think you want to cruise his ass while listening to guitar wank muzak..

  • @GamePortable

I'll leave Bieber to you, fckhead kid.

  • @GamePortable

Good.At least you can read you guitar masturbating, muzak loving chump.. X

  • @GamePortable

I refer you to my last post, asshole.

  • jesus...he is having an afair with the whammy bar...but it's amazing :)

  • There is something realy exiting in this song ! : D

  • I absolutely love his tone.

  • @shinshoryuken

Sounds freeze dried to me. He like so many widdlers, all topping and no cake.

  • @Gonzoidzz yeah but you have to look at it this way...He has a record label backing him up and he is popular. Where is your cd?

  • @kevykev38

popular my arse. He makes a living out of it from mugs like you without a regular job, possibly.

  • @Gonzoidzz Its ass not "arse". Dumb brit! Well Blues's words mean alot to me and his playing . Your words mean nothing to me at all. Where's your video? Where's your record deal? you probably think Kirk Hammlet is awesome ha? LOL silly kids......

  • @kevykev38

This guy doesnt have a label, ARSEhole. Sorry, no cigar for you or your dime a dozen guitar wanker hero. Sob sob sob...

  • @Gonzoidzz I understand your frustration from lack of knowledge. Although somewhat amusing . You are wrong on Blues not having a record deal. As a teen he played with Jack Bruce and Ginger baker of "Cream" and went on to do recording sessions with Cher, He also filled in for Richie Kotsen after kotzen got fired from Poison. only later to score a record deal with "Beyond records" he is in the studio now working on a new solo record. Either way you look at it Blues has made it. And youhaven't

  • @kevykev38

Has he a record deal now, a-hole? I know his history, I can check wiki as well dumbo. How has he 'made it' ? I suppose shifting a few units in the early 90's to mostly Japanese and fanboy muppets like you qualifies as 'making it'. I'd say he's highly obscure by any definition. Guitar wankers are dime a dozen. He can't write a great riff or lyric, just blow unmemorable 80's generic metal guitar over a repetitive and dull riff. Just like Paul Gilbert and all those other wankers.

  • @Gonzoidzz Where's your video? Humor me a little... No matter how YOU look at it. This guy has talent enough to do what he does. he is a well known hard working musician. Again one thing he has and you do not is......TALENT.. Show us your video. Guys like you make me laugh all you want to do is tare talented people down. Where's your video to back up what you think this guy is lacking? i wanna hear your brilliant playing.

  • @kevykev38

How is he well known? Well known in guitar wanker circles and in some LA studios? I don't doubt he can shred away all day and impress fanboy assclowns like you but originality zero, it's just rehashed kitschy EVH etc... And how do you know what talent I do or don't have? lol! You hope I've no talent u mean! Nah, you wouldnt know talent if it slapped you in the face.. Away and listen to your cowabunga guitar wanker widdly diddly diddy doo muzak.

  • This particular guitar was Blue's number one. It featured a 4X2 headstock (look closely) which differs from the 3x3 production version of his TV Twenty and Radio Ten models. Also, the plaid finish on this was crafted by Dan Lawrence and as you can see, surrounds the entire body where the plaid Samicks built for production only had a top graphic. I haven't seen many videos where Blues actually plays the stock versions of his Samicks, I wonder how he felt about them. I love mine.

  • i've been looking for one of those samick's in th red plaid for yeaaaarrsss...someday...

  • for me, this boy hate the speed . :)

  • @yngwiemalmsteen8

No he prefer tone and feel ;)

  • The graphics of this guitar reminds me of my grandma's kitchen table's cloth. : )

  • i didnt know he tuned to Eb.

  • This is how I remember Blues from when I was a little kid at Brian Guitars before Sam Ash bought em out in '94 haha

  • Yes, I think it is in 2 colors Red & White

and Green & White.Look for it on E-Bay.

  • It is a SAMICK Blues Saraceno check EBay.

  • Do you know if they ever made it with that plaid finish?

  • what is that guitar??!! yamaha or ernie ball? anybody know?

  • It is a Samick Blues Saraceno Guitar.

  • Can you tell me what pedal he is using on this song?

  • if you are wondering how does he get the "wha" sound its not a pedal.. its how he uses the whammy bar.. whammy bar + artificial armonics = that weird sound..

  • Wow- I love the whammy work...

  • This Guy is amazing!

  • I really loves this song but don't you think there are a little too many harmonics?

  • What!?

  • this guy is great just found out about him a couple of days ago, i think is greatly influenced by steve vai(greatest ever player)

  • You are right. He really is. And Steve Vai is totally amazing, also.

  • awesome guitarist great feel verry tastful check out my channel for more

  • Faggot.

  • agreed, it's faggot that i can't play like that

  • Blues is such a bad ass player. One of the best!

  • gay.

  • I like his sound and note choice, very cool, he sounds similar to Jason Becker, but more lyrical and without the sweep.

  • that would i call MUSIC!!!

  • That Dirty Boy amp sounds good!

  • technically awesome!!!

  • this is definately not in the genre of blues

  • Blues is his name. Just so you're not feeling cheated. Also you are misspelling 'definitely'.

  • ok well do u want a medal for being able to pick up others spelling mistakes? it doest make u a better guitar player

  • No, I was trying to correct a mistaken presumption on your part, and prevent you from looking ignorant in the future.

I apologize for trying to help. Best of luck

to you. Fortunately the items on the register at McDonald's have little pictures.

  • It's so cool how Blues's sound comes just from his fingers. It doesn't matter if he plays a guitar or a broomstick, that signature vibe is always there.

  • obviously saraceno is better, but guerra writes his own stuff. So your comment is slightly stupid.

Before you say something learn about them first

  • quenching each and every note

  • he is a myxolydian player well i guess he is just doin he's way of playing... (im drunk)

  • This is guitar masturbation.

    schlock rock.

  • Ah the tone is sexy! Fucking awsome player!

  • Great guitar player! Awesome tone.

  • Does anyone know the key of this?

  • D (tuned a half step down)

  • It starts out in C# mixolydian and then goes to F# mixolydian.

  • Mixolidian? I am hearing Lydian (Think B major scale over the F# pedal tone).

  • Dude what are you talking about? F# mixolydian IS the same as B major with an F# root. This is blues rock, dude. It's essentially mixolydian with some blues scale notes thrown in.

  • nice burberry guitar.. hahaha just kidding

  • lol

  • wow, he is amazing....and we share the same name, haahah

  • Amazing to see/hear someone use the Pentatonic scale in such a refreshing style....respect!!

  • this guy really does have it all. sounds like he's from the VH school of killer tone and crazy but soulful phrasing, but definitely in a space all his own.

  • como logra ese sonido que pedales convina esta muy bueno

  • One of the best, Blues combines killer tone, excellent vibratto, and clean flawless chops for some of the sweetest playing I've heard. All 3 CD's are excellent, even his work with Poison rocked. Put out anther solo CD Blues!

  • I read an interview a couple years ago in which he said there would be no point in releasing any more instrumental guitar CD's, since there's no market for them.

  • well, even if there wasn't, I would still do it for the fun of it.

  • You would put in the time and expense of recording a CD and releasing it when there's no market for it, and no chance of recouping what you've spent, for "the fun of it"?

  • love blues playing, great tone also, fresh pentatonic based ideas with brilliant feel, i love that sound! for anyone interested i just bought an ernie ball axis supersport and would well reccomend it, great for this type of sound!

  • He uses not only his thumb as playing blues note skillfully and sweetly and but artificial harmonic playing as well.

  • incredible

  • Mega style... ;O

  • awsome style

  • watch skirlas we rock skirlas

  • I have all of Blues Cd's On my website for free download...If you would like the link message me your email and ill send you a link.

  • I like the harmonics. He uses them very well!

It has the flavor of Eddie Van Halen and Nuno in it!

  • now, see, blues knows how to use a pinch harmonic. unlike zakk wylde, who uses them like a retard after every other note.

  • His phrasing is fucking insane. I think he's more like a super EVH with a little Nuno in it, but he sounds so unique, you know it's him even if he's playing a lyre.

  • reminds me of a john petrucci tone.

  • how???

  • Whoa, this guy is like a cross between Satriani and Paul Gilbert. Amazing tone - i guess he's underated because this is the first i see of him :)

  • great sound!! it reminds me EVH's!

    Blues is really awesome!!!!!

  • that sammick guitar is a custom made for blues sarraceno signature guitar, guerra play blues composition as well. but its blues S. original composition and performance..

  • Blues rules! Those harmonics are awesome

  • Gustavo Guerra He plays better than you ... But I do not know why you have a style that I like the guy! Super ;-)

  • hum! Blues Saraceno is the composer of this song!

  • yeah he is just a wannabe,. nothing wrong with it, its just that eventually u have to develop your own..

  • Blues is the best

  • Pretty different players. I'd take Firkins over Saraceno myself but both are great players.

  • i prefer firkins

  • His instructional video is really good. He definately thinks outside the box on melodies and his "semi tones" scream of his Beck influence. If you dont have any of his solo stuff you should try to pick it up.

  • Pretty Incredible. Classic Blues Saraceno jamming !

  • My Favorite guitarist.

  • THIS GUY IS A GUITAR GOD!! hehe...he speak exactly like Napoleon Dynamite's nerdy bro!!!!!!!!!!

  • Haha, i respect your opinion but you can compare gustavo with blues, ask gustavo to see what he think about blues.

  • you can't say that a cover it's better than the original..

  • Blues made simple licks sound amazing

  • i really enjoy this song :)

  • oh hes great

  • I really dig this guy's tone. I agree with the other guy that it's old fashioned, but I take that as a plus. His phrasing is really cool. Reminds me of a cross between Van Halen & Jeff Beck.

  • well no doubt he's gifted but i really don't like it. this sound is so old fashionned. btw check out more recent video of him i think it's way better now!

  • nice guitar bro

  • Yeah, excellent guitarist, i loved his venture with poison, and i love c. c. too. Blues god bless you.

  • You either get Saraceno or you don't. I've been down since day one. One of the few shredders from that era that actually stood out.

  • what a studd, one of the greats for shure!

  • blues is a great player, no doubt about that

  • Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz... All this 80's wanking needs to go away. And enough with the over-hyper-overdriven angry bees tone already! Give me a *stock* LP Standard plugged straight into a Fender Champ ANY-flippin'-day!

  • stfu

  • you're stupid, his tone does not even have much gain. Yet he makes it scream.

  • Rock On Bro.!

  • About the fifth time he was doing his little pinched harmonic with the whammy bar I was ready to shoot him. How annoying!!

  • thanks for lettin us know. im going to rethink my life now.

  • Well, the purpose of the comments are so that people can ... comment! Perhaps that is an epiphany to you.

Or should I thank you for letting me know you're going to rethink your life?

  • Great player but tone n licks are from the same "bag" as alot of the shrapnels wappnels,he got more feel as he got older, not knockin him though hes very good, just this examples flat

  • Disagree.Great feel and tone.I'd love to have his groove.

  • More of those videos where he´s just sitting playing with good sound

  • Oh nice.... I like this.

  • Blues got THE GROOVE, man!!

  • he's a good player, but too much EVH in his style. i prefer Nuno any day.

  • uma porcaria esse cara, ele só usa 3 dedos pra tocar. Hoje em dia tem um monte de moleque tocando mil vezes mais

  • That is so awesome. great whammy skills.

  • I wish this was available in DVD...
