i tried this and my lines won't dissapear idk what i'm doing wrong other than using watered; water based paint cause i'm poor and can't buy glimmer mist. please help

@TheLightOfTheFuture I'm using water based stuff too. And at this point it was homemade glimmer at that. So it could be that the card lines are permanent ink on your cards. Try buying REALLY cheap ones.
