@xst34lthyx This is storyline the takes place BEFORE the events of Final Fantasy 7. these are just cut scenes, so really giving you the whole story would be some really cruel spoilers for playing FF7 OR this game. Let's just say that Cloud is the hero of FF7 and this is his "first appearance" in the timeline. Go play FF7. You won't regret it (and don't you dare whine about the old graphics - it's a great game!)

He knew Zack, he said the order to take out Zack, obviously he had some contact with Cloud. If you look in the shinra house in the library in FF7 it says subject A and B had escaped, who were the subjects(Zack and Cloud) that were obviously involved with Sephiroths death(you could consider it that). He is the only one that knows the entire story. Shouldn't he have a greater importance?

Then when he finally wakes up, the only person who ever gave a damn about him dies. Zack was more than just a best friend to Cloud, he was also like the brother and father Cloud never had. I like Zack better than Cloud, but Cloud had a reason for his broken state. Anyone would have psychiatric issues after an experience like that. I'm just sayin. . .
