ive got a gymball and this a is really good vid! i know some other streches you can do with weights and strechbands! their really good! The 1st time i went on a gymball i kept fallin off haha idiot! :)
thanks for the vid, but disappointing that 3 of the exercises were just about identical and one required a medicine ball. not exactly the "10 exercises" i would actually do back to back.
I remember doing this when I was like 5 on the gym balls in class. Funny how something that was considered horseplay has been recognized as a new trendy exercise. Well good luck with the Giant Blue Balls people! lol!

exercise #1 is to much hip flexion and he doesn't even do flecion of the trunk which is what the rectus abdominis does action wise. Oh and he left out back extension, reverse extension, and skiers...just to name a few.
I used to work out with a personal trainer for about 5 months after I had my son, & a lot of this stuff is what she used to make me do. It's awesome & it works. I lost 50 pounds & I look better than ever.

just buy the biggest one, better for inverted push ups and you get the other stuff you need as well
