But, when the husband refuses, she then go to courts to demand it. but before that, they go through some process (to find solutions) same happens for the man, but if nothing worked out, they go through the reasons behinde it & then decide.

People "falling" off of rooftops, drowning in bathtubs, or walking in front of moving vehicles are always labeled as "suspicious accidents." We have Islam, the Qur'an, and Sunnah. Your definition of freedom is a prison for believers.
