I can't believe her tilt bothered someone so much that they felt the need to criticize it. Extension really doesn't make the dancer. This solo was beautiful and danced in a soft way other people would struggle to accomplish. Even in her tilt, look how long she holds it up there on demi pointe before the quietly comes down without sacraficing her alignment. That takes STRENGTH, which I think is a whole lot more important than flexibility. Sarah is a BEAUTIFUL dancer who is trained very well.

it kills me to know that theres such arrogant and idiotic people out there that criticize amazing dancers such as sarah bcuz they dont have extrememly high extensions... i mean if u pay attention to the heart and soul these dancers give to their performances, then u wud realize that turns and extensions dont matter

Would never understand how she beat Denah Gregory at NYCDA! That tilt @ 1:54/55 was just bad!! Her tech is not the best! NYCDA as always giving the edge to schools they already know!

@missamy45 how do you now it was supposed to be a full tilt? I use alot of choreo that has 3/4 tilts/turned in tilts. it has nothing to do with how well i dance.

@missamy45 it's a properly placed tilt, actually a lot better than the crotch shot crap some other dancers are doing. yes Denah is amazing. so is Sarah though. get over yourself.
