  • You fucking retards that a kingfish. You must have never been fishing in you stupid miserable lives

  • that lookes like a amberjack

  • thats a amberjack. not a kingfish. kingfish are way skinner than that and they dont have a yellow line through their body. kingfish are all gray

  • @Sk8Factor54 umm mate.. thats a kingfish!

  • how do you think you would go spearfishing kingies at port augusta ????? how deep and are there man sharks in the area..... ive been up there a few times and see them everywhere but cant seem to get a strike.... thinking speargun with stretch cord and float might be a goer ?

  • @chr1st1an20061 have fun spear fishing in enclosed waters and getting a $20000 fine and 3 months jail time!

  • not a kingfish!!

  • @Sk8Factor54 yes it is u twat

  • damn that was a nice fish how long did it take him to land it

  • nice fish!!!!!

  • he should have kept that fish,

chances are it was nailed by a shark within a minute or two of release due to it's inability to swim fast enough to escape them after the lactic acid buildup during such a long fight.

he should have kept that fish

  • hahahah so ture

  • R.I.P Neil mate

You were a great Angler and you taught me alot of things about becoming a better angler.

I lost track of fishing for about 3 years but after whatching season 1 to 5 of Adventure Bound i was hooked back in.

You made that show with your angling skills tips and advice. You will be sadly missed.

To Andrew Scotty Shane neils family and friends and the entire team at Adventure Bound. Our hearts are with you.

Neil Tedecso a true Australian Angling Legend

    R.I.P Neil

  • OH MY GOD

    ps nice kingy

  • what reel is that bro?

  • it died..that would have been good eating!

  • and thats why you dont have a girlfriend 1 because of ur name it sounds emo and 2 because that fish deservs to live u asian scum. top vid mate!!!!

  • you calling me a gook? lol..clasic..( white as can be) and me running on worm's (slang for a newb in the oilfield)..till they give up and go back to what ever it was they did before trying to be a man..sound's emo? so...if ya are talking to me? fuck me running your dumb...DO YOU KNOW WHAT LACTIC ACID IS? hell no ya dont. beside's yellow tail (real name) are great table fare..the fish will swim off. but the acid kill's more released fish then a newb like you know's about. need any more schooling?

  • @wormkilla Lactic acid buildup doesn't kill all fish, so it's better to release and give the fish a chance of survival. It's got nothing to loose. This movie was filmed in Australia and it's a Kingfish, when will you cyber dooshbags realise that different countries have different names for their fish. There is no "Real Name", unless you talk scientific names

  • battling the fish for nearly an hour was the reward - not keeping it - top stuff

  • what lb line r u using?

  • nice fish

  • wow man awsome!

  • You gotta be fishin in open water... Is there no foul below you? How can a kingie pull so much string and not bust you off?

  • Theres plenty of water out front of the Powerhouse, here in Port Augusta. And you need pretty heavy gear so you they dont break you off. They're monsters and great fun!!

  • Its called setting the drag if yout drag is set correct you would be amazed what u get in good gear is a must with this type of fishing i use a penn senator the only overhead reel to use i think

    And

  • nice catch. kudos

  • awsome stuff as usual, and nice kingfish!

  • very nice mate have worked at the power station and have stared out at crew catching kingies well done

  • great video mate, glad to see it was catch and release aswell!read the article in the mag too..neil tedesco is a champion

  • your fuken dumb kunts why wuld u go fishing and the throw the fish away thats just stupid u might aswel not go

  • its called sport, and id rather release a fish of that size then keep it

  • OMG why would you throw it back after you gaff!!! it are you all there???

  • Dude he gaffed it in the mouth

  • what is that rig called? looks like a rubberband through the eye

  • bridle rig i think thats how you spell it this guy has a good tut on showing you how to rig it

  • y did u let it go?

  • pound for pound kingies must be on of the hardest fighting fish in the ocean...i recently was lucky enough to catch a few to about 7kg at montague island off narooma nd even they go like fcuk... great footage...great fish...thanks for sharing

    So.

    Jealous.
