The cop should not have used deadly force upon a slight movement. In addition, there's no evidence to say that the car was stolen. That cop, by law, is now responsible for his actions.

No officers were convicted if any crime; this means a jury of other citizens decided no crime took place (at least no crime by the officers). You = dumb.

I live in houston and read it shortly after the officer was acquitted. essentially the man (not kid like tyt would lead you to believe) did not follow the officers instructions got pissed an belligerent and the officers felt threatened. They didn't know this guy didn't know if he had a weapon. put yourself in their shoes you got a guy at night who is pissed about being pulled over, who could be armed what do you do?

Rule #1: Don't charge a cop. This could easily be a dead cop story. The police officer was less than 10 feet away when the man tried to charge him. The only option for the officer is to fire center mass, regardless of whether the subject is black, white, Hispanic, Asian, or a smurf. The shoot was good, as confirmed by the grand jury and Internal Affairs. But only the shoot. The sloppy investigating by the officer in question should not be tolerated, however; he should be disciplined for that.
