i got this phone yesterday secondhand for £28 i chose it cos the phone looks lovely and when it was released it was 2006, a time where they still built mobile phones that would last years,these days phone companies produce so many at an astonishing rate that they do not put as much effort into the quality.i mean years ago the nokia 3310 was released (2003 i think) they are still working now after around 8 years of use! shame they dont make them like they used to :(

can the phone set to silent.. like the beeps woun't make a sound and everything will be quiet. and if sosmone rings you and the phone is on silent.. will the ringsound make a sound ? what bout if someone reply you using a text message will you hear a sound ?

Yes you can, but you have to have a micro sd adapter for yoiur computer as it has no usb slot

Yes, if you get the phone new then the things will come with it, but if you but it second hand then it depends if the seller still has them.

it's an ok phone,

not too robust, and it has it's problems,

mines broken after about a year and a half of me having it.

i took it to get it fixed and they toled me it had smashed inside, so y'know.

it's features are pretty standard, just stuff you can get on any phone nowadays,

it is very stylish,

the swivel is really easy too,

however, i had a problem where the screen started to go upside down, due to the screen part of the phone being out of place.

overall, it's a good phone! :-)

I've been thinking of getting this phone for a while now, probably getting next week. It sounds really good and its so cute! I was just wondering if you can set like whats on ur music player as ur ringtone, and also you must've had it for a few months now so I was wondering if you've had any problems with the swivel as many people with nokia phones have had their screens falling apart.

Yep, you can set any song you have to the ring tone or message tone, and i've had it for a while, and have had no problems whatsoever. If any thing the swiveling just gets more fun!!

Cool phone yh the only other phone that swivels is i think the sidekick which i have and its rly god but your phone seems very nice and im just like u. i have had many different phones becuz i get bored so i may try that phone out!

hi, yes you can, you just press the shortcut and use it like a digital camera. you can also do that with the video.

hi, it's so good to hear i've helped someone, and yes the phone is georgous! i remember when i got mine, it's just perfect from the minute you take it out of the box!!

I don't know how you've set your's but go to settings, display, screensavers, image, then choose your image, make sure the screensaver is set to on. Or go to the image you want, select use image, as screensaver. if this doesn't work tell me what you did and then i'll help you find out another way.

I use my own image for desktop and that works.

But I don't know why screensaver won't come on.

And now I try it with the original screensavers (the clocks etc) and they dont work also ...

is there a way where I can reset the whole phone?

hi, i don't know why thats not working, you can reset your phone with factory settings but before, tlk me through step by step what your doing and i'll see if i can help, other wise just go to factory settings and when it asks for a password it's just 0000.

Nice review, very helpful! I am wondering about buying either this or the 7390. I have heard better things about the 7390 but now I have read and seen a review about it and they said the menu is slow...so now I am maybe on the side of this one more than the 7390 LOL!
