  • OuKrokodil two mins more than anyone would listen to you.

  • Your background music is intolerable. I stopped watching 2 mins in.........

  • @OuKrokodil i guess i won't cash that paycheck you sent.....wait.

  • Hey bro nice video. Try taking the long charcoal pan in the bottom and turn it over to help push that heat down the grill. It will increase the grilling surface by stablizing the heat along the pit. For even more fine tuning you can use some cookie sheets and water pans in there too. Hope you can use the info.

  • i actually have the same grill!! would it work without the side fire box?? if so, how??

  • @BSWiFT916 yeah you can do it without the sidebox, put the coals and wood on the far right side, and the ribs on the far left side, make sure you keep the temp between 225 and 250, make sure you use a decent thermometer, the one on the lid is worthless. but really the firebox is worth the money.

  • i actually have the same grill.. is it still possible to do without the side fire box??

  • great vid!! is the process the same for a non off-set grill??

  • How about a video about how and why you modified your smoker.

  • i also built tuning plates to keep the heat even all the way across the grates.

  • Nice video! I see you extended the smokestack down to the cooking level in order to keep the heat and smoke from leaving the cooking chamber too early. What other mods have you done to your char griller pro?

  • Beericuzzi for ribs! NICE! Never thought of that. I use a beerocizzi bath for my brats. Nice work.

  • Eric that beard is glorious. Keep up the good work. Medicore Cyclist out.

  • those look delicious... would there be a way to make these without a smoker?

  • yeah you could do them on a weber kettle style grill. just make sure they aren't over direct heat. 225-250 is the heat zone you want.
