The saliva spit test is not a valid test for candida. It was developed as a marketing tool by a company in the mid 90's. The test can be positive due to allergies, virus, bacteria, fungus, mold, parasites, chemicals, heavy metals, etc.

@BeyondBracelets Candida is a real health problem for a few reasons. 1. I causes many aliments that are either miss diagnosed or never diagnosed. 2. Doctors don't take it seriously. 3. It is one of the major reason for and cause of anxiety,depression, fatigue and ADHD symptoms in this country.

Please take Candida seriously and not like mainstream medicine takes it. Like it's not an issue.

Yeast is not only in most of our food, but it is also used to make things like citric acid.

I don't know if this is COMPLETE bullshit- I Just spit into a glass and it sank IMMEDIATELY. It looked like those Halloween cobweb decorations as soon as it hit the water. Yours looks normal enough as soon as you spit- and it took a while to "droop" but mine...

Just wow. It looked like alien goo. I should upload a video response. I was twisting the glass and it just sort of "blew in the breeze" and went back to the original cobweb shape. Shit was crazy. CRAZY I SAY!

A systematic candida infection is bullshit, and doesn't happen unless you are severely immunocompromised (end stages of AIDS) and/or terminally ill. Yes, you can get yeast infection (visible symptoms) and thrush (visible symptoms), but to say that our millions of years of evolution of our immune system prevents us from handling a fungus is bogus.

Spit test doesn't tell the truth.

I did it and was afraid that im getting candida infection again. I was in a terrible state for a week wating for the laboratory tests to come up. They were all negative. That was a relief ;)

Don't trust to much into this test!

Tell you the truth guys.I have done this test so many times and had a positive result that I actually became worried and went to a doctor to make a proper test! It was found that I didn't have any Candida!So you now see how unreliable the saliva test is!

Get a culture and/or blood test in order to determine if you have candida or not. The spit trst is indeed ineffective, producing false negative or false positive results.

The "spit test" was invented by ThreeLac and they don't even explain how it works. Nearly everybody shows up positive because mucous is heavier than water. This test is infamous for not only showing false positives but, more dangerously, FALSE NEGATIVES. You are better off forking over the money to have an antibody test done on your blood/saliva by a reputable lab which is more accurate than the at-home spit test.

I did this test and I had the legs hanging down, everything showed up went to a doc and she said that I shouldnt get alarmed as its not candida and merely protein that was causing that to happen. i dont know what or who to believe.

@akuma4u get a blood test, believe only that. Doctors sometimes become narrow minded, arrogant, or they get confused and think they know it all. The spit test here if you read the comments is extremely unreliable. Get a blood test, believe that. It's worth it.

Most of my life no one listened to me and my concerns while my health worsened and i was given meds that hurt me further. Most of my life was taken from me, years ill never get back the only palpable results ive gotten are from the wholistic "quacks". Activated Cellular LIQUID ZEOLITE is in my opinion the best cure for candida...i'm on it and it has worked for me. i had it really bad and now my spit test hardly shows up even after 30 min.before taking the LIQUID ZEOLITE my spit tests showed up within just 10 seconds!!. oh and dont forget to take a powerfull probiotic as well as avoid all sugars!
