An interesting note: On Difficult Mode, a direct collision with the Alien deals Mega Man the most damage of any attack in the whole MM series (aside from hitting spikes and running into the Dragon, of course), depleting a whopping 2/3 of your life bar!

Lucky me. I remember I tried everything except for the Bubble Leage. I NEVER used Bubble Lead the whole time I played, so that was just out of frustration that I figured this out. lmao.

I am an avid MM fan and MM2 is my all time favorite. I just got it on the virtual console earlier this week and was able to beat it on hard. Wily Alien is quite a bit faste and his shots are more accurate.

I just thought of this recently, but that thing is a hologram, it short-circuits by Bubble Lead, so that little thing crashes, that little thing was the image of wily/the alien :P I wonder how many other people thought this up too ;)
