    That's what they do now to work on specifics, which is what I think I will do as doing flat, incline and close grip tires me the fuck out when I come to fucking shoulder press and whatever other compound movement I'm doing for shoulders.

  • i have a pain in my left shoulder too .... after a hard workout i get red lines on it..... yeh so i stopped doing shoulders ... and go easy on back because sometimes it hurts when i do rows. kthanksbai

  • They do alot of free weights but they hurt the joint on there shoulders so for now its machines

  • Good workout routine but gotta do the lateral rasies and rear delts to prevent shoulder issues. Just doing shoulder press, your asking to snap sum shit up. Maybe stay in the gym 15 mins longer to do more shoulders routines rather than press.

  • how are you exercising a particular muscle group effectiviely i.e shoulders, front, back and side delt / chest lower, upper, outer, and centre etc, if your only doing one type of exercise per muscle group?

  • @nicfusionaire hey I know but I don't follow their exact workout plan mine works okay and everyone is different which Is why I needa find out how toget my bmr rather than tell me howch to eat ..... I need more calories and texchnically I do tooich cardio but the muscles still get plenty rest and har workout .... So not too off.

I was at like 1200 callories a day I'm 15 160lbs now and 5 ft 7-8 inches .... How do I find my bmr because I want at least the muscle I lost bak .... I go to gym every day except sat sunday but I do like les Monday chest , shoulders Tuesday , back wedsnday, triceps Thursday and victors Friday , i do cardio every day but I wasn't eatingenough
