That is cute. My dog had ACL surgery and had to wear the cone for 14 days. I think she hated the cone more than the surgery.

How is this animal cruelty? and why would she help the dog? Lucy obviously doesnt need help, or she wouldnt have gone up the stairs to begin with. When my dog had her ligaments repaired in her leg, she had one on too, and the only time i helped her was when i took her outside. Of course it was her leg, so she wasn't moving around that well to begin with, but still, she did most everything on her own. Like the vet told me to do.

What a smart pup! Don't listen to the trolls. Your obviously following vet advice and I applaude you on that. Also flex collars don't always work, I bet your smart pup would find a way around one in a heartbeat. Stick with what works!

Why didn't you get her a flexi collar instead of the e-collar? The flexi collar does the same thing as the e-collar, but it's not as rigid.
