Is this contraption really supposed to be safer or more economical than a bicycle? It doesn't appear to have any kind of a storage compartment and it can only carry one person. I suppose it's for office workers who don't want to get sweaty when riding a bike, and who on the other hand cannot wake up in time or be otherwise organized.

I already have one of these cause my uncle is an employee there and these things actually go up to 30 mph not 20. You can also hook your laptop up to them and get internet from it. It is so sweet.
