Doesn't San(3) Dan (level) Gi (Training), kinda imply that you'll be working Jo (High), Chu (Middle), and Ge (Low)? I'm only seeing High / Low. Otherwise, good stuff. So, how do you then take this and make it more advanced / realistic?

I agree 100%. We do Sandan Gi in Jundokan Int'l. then work applications off of the 3 levels.
