It's a Shak cage, made of plastic with metal poles down the corners. I don't think they make them any more. I've moved on to using Liberta Explorer cages for my rats now.
There are 13 in there at the moment. Five adults and eight youngsters. I need to extend the cage soon because they're growing bigger. In theory it's big enough for ten, but I fostered six kittens and got too attached to them so they sort of stayed.

I think it used to take me well over an hour, but I can't remember exactly as I sold it a couple of years ago.
