It's not the studio version but it's definitely pre-recorded. If you watch the her mannerisms while singing it there's a definite difference here. She's moving with complete ease. Watch the "Roseland" performance where she was singing live. It's clear she was singing live then.

This song is so hard to sing toward the end, she's jumping around to get the note out, which she does. Plus, this is a really weak performance from her, far from perfect. Still good, but not perfect. I don't think she would pre-record something that's a 7/10. Love her though.
