If your knees crack when you go upstairs, does this mean they are unhealthy? Probably dumb question, but just wondering if this is normal... any exercises to make knees stonger/healthier?
not to be hating but theres a few things wrong with the vid, 1) doing it on sandy concrete is the first no-no as grip is compromised and force plyos can put on the joints is too much 2) the contact time with the ground is far too long and stops it being plyometric, find some nice dry grass and speed that shit up :)

@mrolpaul lets not forget her front knee to ankle are not straight, which will put unnecessary stress on her knee in the long run.
