I can't believe Mac really is dying... everyone seemed to die by the end of this show! @guysbitch Guy really does do the right thing here, but I ship Caromac, so I have to say this. There were so many times they were going to get together in a proper relationship but were interupted badly. Like for instance Guy being Guy, girlfriends, accidents, Sue White, children, ex's, boyfriends. So Mac would have committed long before, if they had gotten the chance :)
