diva: She's shopping for her daughter there. She may not herself shop at TJ Maxx but the kids are fair game. I notice this w/some parents, they will shop down for the kids but shop upscale for themselves.

It is unfortunate to see that. I've seen women who look like divas all day but their chidren need to have their hair brushed. If anything the situation should be reversed , not to say that the parents should be wearing rags and the children in Prada.
